We are looking for a Working Student to join our in-house Legal team on a part-time (8 hours per week) contract.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Currently studying Law or Business Law at an Austrian university
  • Ideally, in the advanced stages of a bachelor's degree or in the middle of studying for a Master's degree
  • Solid knowledge in civil law (with completed specialized exams in civil law FÜM II or MP in civil law)
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • The ability to present complex matters in a concise and precise way
  • Hands-on-mentality, a broad interest in legal topics and happy to dive into different projects
  • A structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
  • A team player, someone who is reliable and takes pride in their work
  • Interested in learning and understanding company and business processes

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support the Legal team on different projects and tasks
  • Working on internal contract management, compliance projects as well as legal research projects
  • Prepare memos or briefs on assigned legal questions
  • Assist in preparing internal policies and guidelines
  • Support the legal team in responding to internal requests
  • Assist in preparing materials for trainings or presentations
  • Create summaries, reports, or slide decks for the legal team
  • Provide administrative support for the team
