1. Dein Impact in Bildung: Unterricht mit KI:

Du baust keine Features für irgendeine App, sondern Tools, die direkt im Klassenzimmer landen.

  • 36.000 Lehrer:innen haben Teachino bereits genutzt
    – mit dir werden es noch mehr.
  • Lehrkräfte bereiten Unterricht am Wochenende vor – und setzen es Montagmorgen direkt ein.
  • Jede Zeile Code zahlt direkt auf mehr Zeit, bessere Qualität und weniger Stress im Unterricht ein.
  • Wir testen, lernen und entwickeln direkt mit Lehrer:innen im Alltag.

2. Unser Tech-Stack:

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Frontend mit Vue3 & TypeScript – aber wir lernen gern voneinander und springen auch mal in andere Bereiche.

  • Frontend:
    Vue3, Nuxt, TypeScript, Playwright (Monorepo mit NX)
  • Backend:
    NestJS, TypeScript, Postgres
  • APIs & Kommunikation:
    GraphQL, Rest
  • KI-Komponenten:
    Python (lang-chain, lang-graph)
  • Infra & DevOps:
    Kubernetes, Docker, ElasticSearch, GitLab
  • AI-Tools in Dev:
    GitHub Copilot, ...

3. Dein Gehalt & Remote:

  • Jahresbruttogehalt:
    €70.000 – €80.000
  • All-in-Modell:
    Wir sind ein Startup in einer entscheidenden Wachstumsphase. Das heißt: oft aufregend, manchmal ungewiss, hin und wieder intensivere Phasen. Dafür direkte Wirkung in der Bildung, mit einem Team, das aufeinander achtet und zusammenhält.
  • Remote first
    – du kannst von überall in Österreich arbeiten. Büro in Wien optional.
  • Ein paar Mal im Jahr treffen wir uns als gesamtes Team – mal in Wien, mal in Köln, mal in Südtirol.
  • Wichtig: Anstellung nur in Österreich (kein Freelancer/Remote-Only aus dem Ausland).

  • Learning by doing:
    "Was ich noch nicht weiß, lerne ich" – und wenn's mal klemmt, hilft jede:r überall.
  • Team-Spirit:
    Wir nehmen unsere Mission ernst, uns selbst aber nicht zu sehr – Humor gehört dazu.

Qualifikationen

  • Kommunikationsstärke: Feedback von Lehrer:innen aufnehmen und direkt verwerten
  • Deutschkenntnisse (unsere Nutzer:innen sind überwiegend deutschsprachig)
  • Neugier und Lust, auch mal Backend, DevOps oder KI anzupacken (Gemini hilft)

Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung
    in
    Frontend-Entwicklung
    mit modernen Frameworks (Vue oder vergleichbar)
  • Bonuspunkte: UI/UX-Erfahrung oder Lust, dich in dem Bereich zu entwickeln
