Junior Engineer R&D Prototyping (f/m/d)In the role, you will be responsible for executing tasks within technical requirements, handling high-tech equipment, and supporting cross-functional teams. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our equipment and processes, ensuring the development of advanced technologies.
Your Responsibilities- Efficiently execute tasks according to AT&S rules and regulations, including the AT&S Innovation Process.
- Scout, screen, evaluate, qualify, and handle new equipment, ensuring careful handling under all relevant safety aspects and requirements.
- Perform calibration, analysis, and cleaning work according to plans, maintaining equipment in good condition for development work.
- Support the execution of trials and DOEs, manufacture sample batches and prototypes, and perform measurement and inspection tasks to advance processes and products.
- Represent responsible tasks in projects and equipment vis-à-vis internal parties, taking over responsibility for the performed work.
- Protect intellectual property related to AT&S activities.

Degree from an University / FH / HTL or equivalent professional career in the PCB or relevant industry.

Proficient in MS Office suite, and SAP.

Willing to work in cleanrooms, overtime, and in shift model.

Ready to travel and stay abroad at our locations.

Open-minded, communicative, and a cross-border thinker.

Cooperative, with a strong team spirit and eager to learn and evolve.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
