Deine Rolle im Team

  • Wir entwickeln intelligente, datengetriebene Produkte, die reale Prozesse in der Intralogistik effizienter, transparenter und smarter machen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus Entwickler:innen, Produkt- und Domänenexpert:innen zusammen, von der ersten Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz unserer skalierbaren Datenlösungen.
  • Du identifizierst relevante Datenquellen, entwickelst Konzepte zur Integration in unsere Datenarchitektur und treibst deren Erschließung aktiv voran.
  • Du entwickelst robuste Data Pipelines und trainierst Modelle.
  • Du optimierst bestehende Algorithmen kontinuierlich – mit Fokus auf Performance, Stabilität und Wartbarkeit.
  • Du machst Insights durch interaktive Dashboards und zielgerichtete Visualisierungen für Stakeholder zugänglich, um ihnen konkrete Handlungsimpulse zu liefern.
  • Du gestaltest unsere datenbasierten Produkte mit – von der Architektur über das Modell bis zum Roll-out.


Unsere Erwartungen an dich

Qualifikationen

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, Datenmodellierung, Pipeline-Design) und Data Cleaning bei realen, oft unvollständigen Daten.
  • Sehr gute Python-Skills, insbesondere im Umgang mit pandas, NumPy, matplotlib/seaborn und Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Kenntnisse in Versionsverwaltung mit Git sowie idealerweise CI/CD-Workflows im ML-Kontext.
  • Neugier auf Intralogistik – und Lust, mit Daten reale Probleme zu lösen, nicht nur akademische.

Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung mit Zeitreihendaten, deren Besonderheiten sowie deren Modellierung und Visualisierung.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Machine Learning in produktiven Umgebungen (Modell-Deployment, Monitoring, Retraining).

Ausbildung

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Data Science, Informatik, Statistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ: relevante praktische Erfahrung.
