Your mission
Help maintain and improve security systems that protect the company's infrastructure, applications, and data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices, support incident response, and contribute to a strong security culture across the organisation.

What you'll do

Incident Response & Monitoring: Assist with security incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and help maintain EDR/SIEM detection rules. Support threat monitoring, basic hunting, and simulations to identify and mitigate malicious activity.System Hardening & Security Operations: Implement security configurations, optimise existing tools and processes, and support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce risk.Risk Assessment & Compliance: Support security scanning, audits, and phishing campaigns. Contribute to risk assessments to help maintain compliance and organisational security posture.Employee Awareness & Training: Help educate employees on security best practices and support initiatives to strengthen the company's security culture.Continuous Learning & Expertise Development: Develop your skills through training, certifications, and staying informed about emerging threats and security technologies.

Who you are

Growing Cybersecurity Professional: You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in incident response, threat monitoring, SIEM tools (Elastic, Splunk), and basic vulnerability management. You are eager to take on more responsibility and learn from experienced team members.Automation & Security Mindset: You are comfortable with scripting (Python preferred) and are motivated to support automation of security processes to improve efficiency.Technically Competent & Detail-Oriented: You understand system hardening, cloud and network security basics, and security tooling, and can follow processes to help protect critical systems.Compliance-Minded: You have working knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA, or similar frameworks, and understand the importance of maintaining compliance.Collaborative & Self-Motivated: You are passionate about cybersecurity, willing to learn continuously, document your work clearly, and communicate effectively with colleagues across the organisation.
