PAS-X Training & Hypercare Consultant (German Speaking) for Pharma Project in Vienna:

Location: DACH Region (Remote with up to 50% Travel to Vienna)

Job Type: Contract (3 Months, option for extension)

Start Date: Immediately

The Opportunity:

  • We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and proactive
    PAS-X Trainer
    to support a critical MBR implementation project at a leading pharmaceutical site in Vienna, Austria.
  • This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring German skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations.
  • Travel expenses will be covered.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Training Strategy:
    Design and develop a comprehensive PAS-X training concept, materials (including classroom, serious games, etc.), and execution plan.
  • Execution:
    Coordinate sessions with shift leads and deliver engaging training on general PAS-X functionality and specific, project-designed MBRs/ESPs to manufacturing operators.
  • Support:
    Provide active, hands-on hypercare support and effective
    training-on-the-job
    directly on the shop floor.
  • Change Management:
    Interact with operators on an eye-level, using clear "operator language" to foster a positive mindset toward the new system.

Your Profile & Skills:

  • Must-Have:
    Fluent German
    language skills. (Broken German/English is insufficient for this role).
  • Technical Expertise:
    Proven, hands-on PAS-X experience, specifically with MBR Design and execution.
  • Location:
    Current residence in a
    DACH country
    (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Travel:
    Willingness and ability to travel up to
    50% per week
    to the client site in Vienna.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Solid Life Science background and strong process understanding to accurately address operator process-related questions.
  • Mindset:
    Highly proactive, results-oriented, and a positive mindset toward change management.
