Front Office Employee

On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Nauders, Tyrol, Austria  we are looking for a Front Office Employee (m/f/d)

What You Bring:

• You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry.
• You have several years of experience in reception.
• You are enthusiastic about working with our international guests.
• You are characterized by independent work, flexibility, and resilience.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Any additional foreign language skills are advantageous.

Your Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for taking care of our international guests.
• Handling bookings and inquiries.
• You are available to our guests for questions and information.
• In addition to handling complaints and invoicing, your tasks include cash handling and preparing daily financial summaries.
• You communicate with other departments in the hotel and provide all necessary information.
• You assist the floor in arrival checks.
