Als Account Executive (m/w/d) bist du Teil des Customer Acquisition Teams, das entschlossen die Zukunft des E-Commerce in Österreich und der Schweiz revolutioniert.

Gemeinsam mit den Sales Development Representatives, die für die passenden Leads sorgen, bringst du die Kundenprojekte zum Vertragsabschluss.

Dabei ist es egal, von wo aus du arbeitest; du bist ein fester Bestandteil des Teams. Daher suchen wir in Österreich nach jemandem wie dir, der die globale Entwicklung von Shopware mitgestalten möchte.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist Ansprechpartner*in und wichtigste Schnittstelle für unseren potenziellen Kunden innerhalb der Entscheidungsphase.

  • Du verantwortest das Closing eines potenziellen Shopware E-Commerce-Projektes und führst den Abschluss herbei.

  • Du analysierst Kundenpotenziale und Anforderungen und richtest deinen Pitch danach aus.

  • Du entwickelst zusammen mit unserem Marketing und anderen Sales-Abteilungen Initiativen, um unsere Vertriebsziele zu erreichen.

  • Du sammelst Kundenanforderungen für unsere Produktentwicklung.

  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Sales Development Representatives zusammen, die dich mit vorqualifizierten Leads versorgen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsumfeld sammeln können und dabei nachweisbare Erfolge erzielt.

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Software-Sales gemacht, idealerweise im E-Commerce Segment.

  • Dich zeichnen eine agile Arbeitsweise und ein datengetriebenes Mindset aus.

  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Social Media Tools, idealerweise auch HubSpot.

  • Du überzeugst mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.
