For our Customer & Sales Support Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a
Customer & Sales Support - Inside Sales, 50–70% (f/m/x)What's it all about?
- You support our international customers in all matters – both before and after the sale.
- You work closely with our Area Sales Managers and Application Engineers to assist them in their daily business and help strengthen and expand our customer relationships.
- You prepare quotations, handle public tenders, and ensure smooth processes by taking care of data entry.
- In our CRM system, you prepare information for further sales activities and ensure proper data maintenance so that our team is always up to date.
- You participate in customer events and trade fairs and support our Sales Team on-site.
What are we looking for?
- You have completed commercial training and have professional experience in sales support.
- You impress with excellent communication skills, are empathetic, and enjoy interacting with customers.
- You are used to communicating in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- You are interested in innovation and motivated to acquire basic technical knowledge to better understand our products and customer structure.
- You have a confident telephone manner and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
