Die Ausgangssituation:

Für unseren Kunden, ein internationales produzierendes MedTech-Unternehmen, suchen wir ab sofort bis spätestens einen Interim Group Controlling Consolidation (m/w/d). Das Team und die Strukturen befinden sich aktuell gemeinsam mit dem PE im Aufbau, sodass das Team durch einen Senior punktuell verstärkt werden soll. Das Ziel ist die Erstkonsolidierung der Gruppe.

Ihre Kernaufgaben:

- Unterstützung bei der Konsolidierung im Jahresabschluss nach österreichischem UGB (mit operativen Tochtergesellschaften in D und CH)

- Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfung (Abstimmungen, Angaben, Anhänge etc.)

- Mitverantwortliche Implementierung LucaNet (Consolidation & Financial Planning Software)

- Übernahme von Monats-/Quartalsreporting gem. Kreditvertrag

- Erstellung von bedarfsorientierten Managementreports und Analysen (Reports in Englisch)

- Laufendes Reporting an Private Equity (Reports in Englisch)

- Mitarbeit bei strategischen und operativen finanzwirtschaftlichen Projekten (Aufbau Accounting Standards/Prozesse)

Ihr Profil:

- Mehrere Jahre Berufs- oder Projekterfahrung in der Konsolidierung und idealerweise Background aus Big4

- Sattelfeste Kenntnisse nach UGB und HGB sowie IFRS

- Sehr gute bis gute User-Kenntnisse in LucaNet

- Als Typ ist ein Pragmatiker, Tech-savvy (Tief Excel, Datenanalyse Tools, Power BI etc.) sowie starker Teamplayer für die extra Meile gewünscht

- Fließende Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
