Als Account Manager:in bist du erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen – vor

allem in den Bereichen Social Media und manchmal auch Branding&Design. Du

steuerst Projekte eigenverantwortlich, vernetzt interdisziplinäre Teams und sorgst

dafür, dass aus Ideen echte Erlebnisse werden.

DU WIRST


• Angebote erstellen und gemeinsam mit dem Team maßgeschneiderte Lösungen entwickeln


• Projekte strukturieren, Timings festlegen und die Umsetzung begleiten


• Kund:innen beraten, Briefings übersetzen, Workshops konzipieren und Erwartungen managen


• Content Creation sowie Media-Strategien koordinieren


• Qualität sichern, Abrechnungen vorbereiten und Upselling-Potenziale erkennen


• Idealerweise auch ins digitale Produkt-Universum eintauchen (optional, aber ein echtes Plus)

• Erfahrung in Agenturen oder kreativen Tech-Umfeldern


• Ein Gespür für Design, Marken und digitale Kommunikation


• Starke organisatorische Skills und Überblick – auch wenn's mal wild wird

• Lust, dich weiterzuentwickeln und Neues zu lernen
