• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit HR-Bezug oder Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement
• Erste Erfahrung im Personalwesen, in HR-Projekten oder mit Employee-Experience-Themen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und modernen Kommunikationstools
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative, bereichsübergreifende Teamorientierung sowie Empathie, Offenheit und Leidenschaft für Menschen

• Erste Anlaufstelle im HR-Office für vielfältige Anliegen – von Feedback bis zu Eskalationssituationen
• Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von Projekten zur Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und Gesundheitsförderung
• Organisation von Firmenevents, Standortveranstaltungen und Kulturinitiativen (z. B. Sportangebote, Women's Day, Benefit-Programme)
• Unterstützung bei interner Kommunikation sowie bei der Durchführung von Unternehmensumfragen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Team und verschiedenen Fachbereichen zur Förderung einer starken Employee Experience
