Assistant Breakfast Manager 

The Assistant Breakfast Manager is responsible for overseeing daily breakfast operations, ensuring an elevated dining experience that reflects The Ritz-Carlton standards. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and dedicated to delivering warm, anticipatory service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise breakfast service to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction, and taking active part in the breakfast operation
• Support, train, and inspire our breakfast team to achieve service excellence
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily shift management
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency and quality
• Address guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory, cost controls, and operational efficiency

Your Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in food & beverage
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with early morning shifts
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards and breakfast operations preferred

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
