Job Description

As Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Austria, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and managing the entire sales funnel through to successful deal closure. You will position complex solutions through value-based selling, demonstrating measurable business impact for clients. Join a dynamic international team and operate in a market with prestigious clients and significant growth potential.

Main responsibilities:

· Proactively acquire new customers across industries within the Austrian market

· Manage and close opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle

· Apply value-based selling techniques to position complex solutions with clear customer benefits

· Collaborate closely with Marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns

· Work in partnership with Consulting Services to tailor solutions to client-specific analytics requirement

Qualifications

· Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field

· Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B SaaS software sales

· Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Preferred Qualifications

· Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN)

· Experience in data-related sales

· Independent, structured, and results-driven working style

· Team-oriented mindset with high self-motivation

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
