Guest Service Agent
Front Office
at Max Brown 5th District, you'll not only be the welcoming face at our front desk but also support our bar and service operations whenever needed. With your hands-on attitude, you'll make sure our guests feel right at home from the moment they arrive.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome our guests warmly and handle all front desk duties with care.
  • Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Be available to answer questions, solve problems, and create a positive guest experience.
  • Support bar and service tasks – from preparing drinks to assisting with food service.
  • Collaborate closely with your team and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Share creative ideas and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve our service.

Job requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience at the front desk or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in German and English to confidently support our international guests.
  • A warm, communicative, and solution-oriented personality who enjoys making guests happy.
  • Flexible and hands-on, willing to support bar and service operations and eager to learn new tasks.

The monthly salary for a 40-hour week is
