Our software helps the manufacturing industry optimize costs and reduce CO₂ emissions across product development, production, and procurement. With clients such as BMW Group, ZF, Brose, and Stabilus, we're already a leading player in Europe – and now expanding into North America and Asia.
Our team of 65+ international experts is growing fast. We're looking for you to join us as a Business Development Representative (BDR) – with real opportunities to shape your role and grow quickly into a senior position.
Your RoleAs one of the first BDRs at Tset, you'll play a key role in building our sales pipeline and driving growth.
Identify and reach out to new prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Research markets, spot trends, track competitors, and uncover key decision-makers.
Qualify inbound leads and prioritize the best opportunities.
Partner with Sales & Marketing to create strong messaging and account strategies.
Keep everything organized in Hubspot – clear and simple.
Build relationships with potential clients and nurture them until they're ready for the next step.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (B2B/startup experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (Hubspot experience is a plus).
A passion for technology and curiosity for industry trends.
Self-driven and structured, but also a strong team player.
Fluency in English and a second language is a plus.
