Role Description

This is a hybrid role, 2 days on-site, based in Vienna for the position of Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure financial compliance, manage accounting activities, and produce accurate financial reports. The role involves providing financial and analytical insights to support business decisions, ensuring adherence to financial controls, and optimizing operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and a strategic mindset to support data-driven decision-making
  • Solid understanding of Accounting principles and Finance
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
  • Ability to work on-site and online and collaborate with teams effectively
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and experience in the automotive or banking industry are considered a plus
