Your Responsibilities:

Provide professional support to our international B2B clients

Ensure excellent communication with customers and partners

Handle reservations for sightseeing attractions, palaces, as well as renowned cafés, restaurants, and wineries

Efficiently coordinate the travel buses of our parent company, Blaguss, along with our team of tour guides and travel directors

Organize and manage all reservations in a structured and precise manner

Your Profile:

Several years of experience in reservations or logistics, ideally in the tourism industry

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Confident use of MS Office and common reservation systems

Strong attention to detail, organizational talent, and understanding of overall processes

Flexibility, team spirit, and willingness to take responsibility
