Your mission

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase conversions, and maximise ROI across multiple regions. This role covers both web and app user acquisition across paid search & paid social.

What you will do

• Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across a number of paid social channels including Meta & TikTok & X and Reddit, to drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and meet performance goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and identify trends and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Identify areas of improvement across ad creatives, audience targeting and bidding strategies.
• Develop and manage creative and testing roadmaps for all paid social channels, ensuring a structured approach to experimentation and scaling.
• Own the creative briefing process by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-performing assets tailored to each platform.
• Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for optimisation.

Who you are

• 1-2 years of performance media experience managing large scale campaigns across both search and social.
• Strong knowledge of paid platforms and tracking tools (, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X.Google Analytics, Adjust experience is a plus).
• Performance-oriented, able to understand, analyse, report, and optimise on ROAS. Strong aptitude for numerical detail and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills, ability to connect easily with variety of stakeholders and partners.
• Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
