SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Architecture

1.1. Collecting and arranging technical data, preparing drawings, plans and documents for diverse global projects, with focus on fit-out projects within existing buildings

1.2. Designing architectural and engineering plans, preparing specifications

1.3. Seeking input, interacting with various field's professionals

1.4. Monitoring the work of local engineers, providing guidance to general contractor or subcontractors during construction phase, supervising (remotely) workers engaged in executing layout designs

1.5. Networking and consulting with various industry professionals

1.6. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, professional organizations and reading professional publications. Keeping up in the industry in response to new technology

2.    Project Management

2.1. Managing multiple projects
simultaneously

2.2. 
Preparing projects' time schedules, budgets

and technical documentation

2.3. 
Supervising bidding process

2.4. Ensuring all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met

2.5. Meeting cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions

2.6. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets

2.7. Willingness and capability to travel international to construction sites

3.    Real Estate

3.1. Interacting with different departments and various field's professionals

3.2. Preparing documents, reports, presentations and proposals to the CEO

3.3. Participating in developing and maintaining standards and requirements of CornerstoneONE

ORGANIZATIONAL HIERARCHY

3.    Working place

You will be either fully or partly home office based or/and office based in the office of PSI CRO. LTD. You will be integrated into the PSI team locally as a guest and will be able to take part in individual team events, but your tasks, everyday communication and line functions will be those of CornerstoneONE.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1.    Education

Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering

2.    Experience

2.1. Min. 5 years of practice as an architect

2.2. The candidate should have hands-on understanding of the construction process, not limited to conceptual or design work. Experience in construction supervision, as well as in the preparation of Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings and related documentation, is strongly preferred.

2.3. Any Real Estate experience is a plus

3.    Training & Skills

1.1. Qualifications

An all-rounder with experience from concept development through completion and maintenance of existing buildings

Excellent in design, technical drawing and presentation skills

Solid understanding of construction details, including maintenance of existing buildings

Knowledge of building regulations, norms and standards

Excellent in organizational, project management and reporting skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Leadership and communication skills

Interpersonal and networking skills

Detail-oriented, analytical and problem solving

Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence

Expertise in fire prevention, security, ESG or others welcome

1.2. Software

User knowledge of MS Office applications

Proficient in AutoCAD

Proficient in BIM (Revit)

Proficient in presentation and visual editing programs (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite)

1.3. Languages

Fluent in English, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills (Advanced Level (C1))

Any other language is welcome

Personality

We expect a person with a holistic interest in construction, who is not only enthusiastic about architecture, but also about maintenance, risk management, processes, and finance.
