Our Information Systems & Process Management team forms the digital backbone of the company, connecting people, processes, and technologies. We drive transformation by leveraging cutting-edge platforms, tools, and methods – from Microsoft Azure to process automation and AI.
Job DescriptionAs Team Lead IT-Integration & Requirements, you will play a key role in shaping our IT landscape and enabling seamless business processes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Take on a functional leadership role within the Core Competences & Support team – with the opportunity to grow into a disciplinary leadership position
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, create and maintain documentation for functional and non-functional specifications
- Design, maintain, and further develop integration solutions across our ecosystem; oversee testing, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
- Apply Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, AI, and automation to streamline delivery
- Contribute actively to the ongoing development of our IT integration strategy and help shape a future-proof digital ecosystem
Education and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Several years of experience (approx. 3–5 years) in system integration or software development
Technical Skills
- Understanding of software design principles and infrastructure basics
- Familiarity with REST, SOAP, OData
- Experience with scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure DevOps, .NET, M365, Power Platform)
- Knowledge of ERP, CAD, PDM or similar platforms is an advantage

- Leadership skills and ability to guide teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German and English
- Curiosity and openness to emerging technologies such as AI and automation
- Willingness to travel occasionally

Annual gross salary starting from EUR 70,000, with significant overpayment possible depending on your qualifications and experience.
