co-found and co-lead
a new company
dedicated to the distribution and integration of an innovative technological platform in the field of smart buildings — a next-generation
Building Operating System (BOS)
designed for intelligent, sustainable, and value-driven building operations.
The goal is to deploy solutions that are already proven internationally,
with the support of seasoned experts who bring solid technical, commercial experience in the sector and strong guidance.
No financial investment is required
, but a
commitment of time, a strong local network, and expertise
in the fields of real estate and/or information technologies (
ideally both)
