We are looking for an experienced Digital Signal Processing Engineer with a passion for real-time audio and ultrasonic signal processing to join our team on-site. In this role, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and integration of DSP algorithms for advanced audio products and wearable devices.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of hardware, firmware, and software engineers to bring advanced DSP solutions from concept to production.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize real-time audio and ultrasonic DSP algorithms.
  • Develop and maintain embedded C firmware for DSP-enabled microcontrollers used in audio pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate and validate DSP algorithms in production systems.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across firmware, hardware, and signal chain.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and help define future DSP features.
  • Deliver clean, efficient, and well-documented code optimized for real-time performance.
Experience and Qualifications 
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

  • 3-5 years proven experience with DSP development for audio or embedded systems.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Embedded C for real-time, low-power environments.
  • Solid understanding of audio
    DSP fundamentals
    , algorithms, and real-time constraints.
  • Experience in debugging and
    optimizing DSP pipelines
    .
  • Fluent in English, with strong
    problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience developing or tuning
    DSP algorithms for TWS earbuds.
  • Familiarity with Bluetooth
    audio systems
    or wireless communication for TWS.
  • Python skills for signal
    analysis, prototyping, or test automation
    .
  • Understanding of acoustic
    measurement and performance evaluation
    .

  • Range of the annual gross salary from € 50,000 depending on experience, qualifications, etc.; legal minimum annual gross salary on a full-time basis: € 39,977.28.
