Über die Rolle

Unsere Produkt- und Serviceteams erhalten täglich zahlreiche Anfragen aus verschiedenen Bereichen (Legal, Produktmanagement, Compliance, Sales, SSC). Um diese strukturiert zu bearbeiten, suchen wir eine koordinationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit juristischem Hintergrund, die den Überblick behält, Prozesse steuert und für klare Kommunikation sorgt.

Dies ist keine juristische Beratungs- oder Entscheidungsrolle. Sie unterstützen durch Struktur, Organisation und Prozessverständnis.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zentrale Erfassung, Priorisierung und Koordination eingehender Anfragen
  • Monitoring offener Themen inklusive Status, nächsten Schritten und Fristen
  • Abstimmung mit Fachexpert:innen (Legal, Produkt, Compliance, Sales, SSC)
  • Sicherstellen effizienter Abläufe und Einhaltung interner Prozesse
  • Konsolidieren und Aufbereiten von Informationen für Stakeholder
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung interner Workflows, Playbooks und Dokumentationen
  • Qualitätscheck von Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Konsistenz
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Anfrage- und Freigabeprozessen

Ihr Profil:

  • Juristische Ausbildung und/oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Kanzlei, Rechtsabteilung, Compliance oder ähnlichem Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit juristischen Texten, Verträgen und strukturierten Prozessen
  • Organisationstalent mit Freude an Koordination & Priorisierung
  • Klare, präzise Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Erfahrung in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit von Vorteil
  • Proaktive, verlässliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
