Credit Trading is a highly successful international team of experienced traders, focused on market making and proprietary trading in corporate, financial, covered, and retail bonds - in both hard currency and local CEE markets. We provide liquidity and pricing in a wide range of credit products and support the Group's strategic goals by fostering capital market development and deepening investor relationships across the region.

Your Tasks
  • Market making and active risk management in corporate, financial, covered, and retail bonds
  • Pricing and trading of credit products across various currencies and maturities
  • Managing credit exposure using hedging strategies, including CDS and interest rate derivatives
  • Collaborating with origination, sales and research teams to deliver tailored credit solutions to clients
  • Monitoring markets, generating trade ideas, and contributing to market commentary
  • Enhancing trading infrastructure, pricing models, and algorithmic tools for credit products
Your Background
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ideally with a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
  • Passionate about capital markets in general and a solid understanding of credit instruments and market dynamics
  • You have traded or at least simulated trading on your own account and understand the basics of technical analysis
  • Communicate fluently in English; fluency in German and/or in CEE languages is a plus

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.860,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
