Daikin Central Europe is looking for a motivated Junior Multi-Project Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team at our Vienna Headquarter. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or master's students eager to develop their skills and grow within a dynamic international environment.

Your tasks will include to …

• support the coordination and planning of strategic projects, documenting goals, KPIs, deliverables, and risks.
• maintain project information in our digital project management tool; assist project teams in organizing tasks and responsible person and document this.
• monitor project progress, participate in follow-ups, and contribute to reporting for senior management.
• collaborate with colleagues across departments, gaining exposure to Sales, Service, Marketing, HR, and Corporate Planning.
• take part in presenting project updates and outcomes, building your communication and analytical skills.

Depending on your availability, we offer a working time between 25 and 38.5 hours per week for this position, which is initially limited to 12 months. The salary range starts at an all-inclusive gross annual salary of € 30.800,- (based on full-time employment) depending on qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible. You will also benefit from a flexible working time model, a job ticket, a meal allowance, and a modern office environment that offers space for exchange and collaboration.
