Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about helping others? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and support Facebook users all while working fully remotely within Greece.
This is a remote-only role for candidates based in Greece.
What Youll DoProvide empathetic and timely support to users across the Facebook platform.
Handle account-related inquiries and investigate content moderation issues.
Apply community standards and escalate complex cases as needed.
Use your Dutch language expertise to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Ensure a safe and positive online experience for users.
Fluent in German
and English (both written and spoken).Based in Greece and authorized to work remotely within the country.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a community-first mindset.
Familiarity with social media platforms (training provided).
Gross Salary: 1380/month
Monthly Bonus: Up to 8%
Full training provided
