Department Description:
We in the department Customer Advisory & Cooperation act as a single point of contact for each IT/ED questions and inquiries of AT customers. We coordinate releases, rollouts and other substantial changes and transformation projects such as mergers. We are working on an exciting integration project, involving the coordination of complex IT-systems and processes. We are looking for a motivated intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in project management and in the IT banking environment. 

What to do:

• Be part of the action: Support the project team in planning, organizing, and driving key activities forward 

• Keep things on track: Maintain project plans, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met 

• Take ownership: Manage smaller work packages independently and deliver results with confidence 

• Create clarity: Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates that make complex topics easy to understand 

• Dive into details: Assist with technical analysis and testing activities 

• Connect people: Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and keep communication flowing 

• Shape the process: Prepare and update project documentation and guidelines 

• Bring ideas to life: Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making

• Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH) 

• Passion for teamwork, continuous learning and organizing things 

• Interested in IT and self-organized working methods 

• Familiarity with (or even expertise in) Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI…) 

• Ability to present complex information in a clear and structured manner 

• A strong affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills 

• Willingness to take over responsibility and demonstrate problem solving skills 

• You can communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders and have excellent German & English language skills 

• You have a good sense for people, treat others as equals, and know how to bring people together and facilitate decision-making 

• Immediate start for an internship with a duration of 12 months

• We offer you a varied part-time internship position (30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of 3175,00€ for Bachelor Students or 3300,00€ for Master Students (gross per month on a full-time basis) is offered.
