Your Mission

As a Senior Associate, Program Management, you bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving projects forward. You'll support the planning and execution of key initiatives, collaborating closely with senior program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. With a hands-on approach and eagerness to learn, you'll contribute to improving processes, supporting project success from start to finish, and developing your skills in stakeholder management and project delivery

What you'll do

• Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining project initiatives while driving own streams or small projects on your own.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders — including senior management, product, legal, compliance, and marketing teams — to coordinate secure necessary input and resources
• Work closely with teams across finance, legal, operations and product to ensure alignment and effective project delivery.
• Prepare clear and timely project updates and reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of project tracking and evaluation processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Who you are

• Experience in project management, preferably within financial services, fintech, trading, or cryptocurrency environments.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Foundational understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with a strong commitment to developing deeper expertise in effective project execution.
• Demonstrated interest in the finance, crypto or tech industry and innovations, with the ability to contribute to discussions and initiatives that align with the organisation's strategic goals.
• Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation, including detailed project plans, monitor progress, assess risks, and support timely and high-quality project delivery.
