Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Graz suchen wir ab sofort eine*n SUPPORT ENGINEER (M/W/D). In deiner Funktion als Support Engineer bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den internen Teams. Mit deiner Expertise hilfst du dabei, technische Probleme zu lösen, Prozesse zu optimieren und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte voranzutreiben – mit dem Ziel, eine erstklassige Kundenerfahrung zu gewährleisten.

Aufgabenbereiche

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen – per Mail oder Telefon.
  • Du analysierst technische Herausforderungen, berätst und löst produktspezifische Störungen.
  • Du passt Messpläne flexibel an die Kundenanforderungen an.
  • Du pflegst technische Daten sorgfältig im CRM-System.
  • Du misst regelmäßig die Zufriedenheit unserer Kund:innen und leitest daraus Verbesserungen ab.
  • Du gibst konstruktives Feedback zur Optimierung unserer Produkte und Services.
  • Du unterstützt die Rekalibrationsprozesse unserer Produkte in den USA und China.
  • Du dokumentierst deine Lösungswege verständlich und erstellst Anleitungen für Supportfälle.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH o. ä.).
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im technischen Support oder entsprechende Weiterbildungen mit.
  • Du hast Freude an technischen Produkten und bist bereit, dich regelmäßig weiterzubilden.
  • Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office, CRM-Tools sowie mit Ticketing-Software.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, strukturiert und bist ein echtes Kommunikationstalent.
