In der Position des Client Support Mitarbeiters bist du ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Sicherstellung des täglichen Verkaufs und der Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams.
Was deine Aufgaben sind
 Bearbeitung kaufmännischer Kundenanfragen

 Schnittstelle zwischen Sales und anderen internen Abteilungen

 Ansprechpartner für alle Anfragen seitens der Innen- und Außendienstmitarbeiter

 Prüfung und Eingabe von Vertragsunterlagen ins Stammdatensystem, sowie Pflege von Kundenstammdaten

 Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von KYC und anderen sensiblen Daten

 Abwicklung des Mahnprozess und Kündigungen

Was du mitbringst
 Abgeschlossene Ausbildung

 Exzellente Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

 Sehr gute MS-Office- und CRM-Kenntnisse oder anderen Datenbanksystemen

 Teamfähigkeit; Lösungsorientierter, selbstständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsstil; Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

 Dienstleistungs- und kundenorientiertes Handeln
