Are you eager to gain hands-on experience and excited to actively contribute while growing professionally? Perfect — we're looking for a motivated Intern to join our UI/UX team who wants to share their ideas and make an impact as part of our Nuki team

Your Role

  • You support UX and design testing (iOS 26 and Android Material 3 implementation), conduct usability tests, and document the results.
  • You test new app features with a focus on usability, design, and functionality, working closely with the our app tester.
  • You draft surveys and help prepare preliminary analyses.
  • You support the analysis of usage data (e.g., Analytics, Help Center, feedback databases) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You conduct research on UX best practices and perform competitor analyses.
  • You maintain and structure testing results and research findings.

Job Requirements

  • You are currently studying or have recently graduated in UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Communication, or a related field.
  • You have a basic understanding of UX/UI principles and a strong interest in testing, research, and data analysis.
  • Ideally, you have already gained your first practical experience through previous internships or projects.
  • You are passionate about app usability and digital product development.
  • You have excellent written and spoken English skills, German language skills are a plus.
  • You are a communicative person, enjoy working in a team, and have the willingness to learn.

The internship should last at least 4 months and can take up to 6 months. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 20 hours per week). A salary of € 1,236.50 gross per month for 38.5 hours/week is considered. We look forward to receiving your meaningful application including a possible start date (possible from January ongoing, as per mutual agreement).
