 Chief of Staff / Corporate Development & Strategy Manager (all genders)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Strategische Unterstützung der Konzernleitung bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung gruppenweiter Initiativen in den Bereichen Strategie, Transformation, Innovation und Corporate Development

  • Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Beiratssitzungen und Management-Meetings inklusive Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen, Protokollen und Kommunikationsunterlagen

  • Koordination divisionsübergreifender Projekte und strategischer Programme – insbesondere im Kontext von Digitalisierung und AI-Strategie

  • Unterstützung in der Corporate Communication: Abstimmung zentraler Botschaften, Erstellung interner und externer Kommunikationsinhalte sowie Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Informationsflusses zwischen Konzernleitung, Beiräten, Divisionsgeschäftsführern, Führungskräften und internationalen Standorten

  • Vertrauliche Aufgaben und Sonderprojekte im direkten Auftrag der Konzernleitung, mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Diskretion, z.B. im Bereich M&A 

Wir erwarten

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Jura, MBA oder vergleichbar)

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Strategie, Unternehmensentwicklung oder Executive Office idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen

  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie hohe kommunikative Kompetenz

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und modernen digitalen Tools; Erfahrung mit AI-Anwendungen oder Digitalprojekten von Vorteil

  • Diskretion, Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und souveränes Auftreten auf Executive-Level

Für diese Position auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung bieten wir ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 3.802,93 lt. KV für die Metalltechnische Industrie (FMTI) mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
