In der
Fachgruppe Publikationsservices
ist eine Stelle als Open Access Manager_in, voraussichtlich ab sofort (40 Wochenstunden, unbefristet) mit folgendem Aufgabengebiet zu besetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vermittlung von Informations- und Publikationskompetenz zu Open Access (Kurse, individuelle Beratung), erste Anlaufstelle an der TU Wien für Open-Access-Förderung durch den FWF
  • Selbständige Abwicklung förderfähiger Anträge auf Open-Access-Finanzierung (Publikationsfonds der TU Wien, FWF-Drittmittel, transformative Verträge) sowie Koordination der Abwicklung innerhalb der Fachgruppe, Budgetplanung und -überwachung
  • Ausbau der Open-Access-Dokumente in reposiTUm inkl. Klärung rechtlicher Fragen, Konzeptentwicklung und Koordination bei der Umsetzung, Metadatenkuration und Validierung
  • Monitoring der Open-Access-Policy der TU Wien
  • Bei Bedarf Projektmitarbeit oder -leitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master oder gleichwertig)
  • Profunde Kenntnisse im Bereich des Open-Access-Publizierens und der Open-Access-Finanzierung sowie idealerweise berufspraktische Erfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • Idealerweise abgeschlossener Universitätslehrgang Library and Information Studies oder vergleichbare Qualifikation hinsichtlich bibliographischer Metadaten, Datenformate, Repositorien
  • Erfahrungen in der Konzeption und Durchführung von universitären Lehrformaten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Zeitmanagement
  • Selbständige, strukturierte, zuverlässige, genaue und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung und Innovationsfähigkeit
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln, analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kooperationsfähigkeit, Kritik- und Konfliktfähigkeit, Lernfähigkeit
