Role Description

The Cost Estimate Section Head is responsible for overseeing cost estimation processes for the development and execution of construction and manufacturing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, managing budgets, and collaborating with project teams to optimize resource allocation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hof bei Salzburg.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Cost Estimation, Budgeting, and Financial Planning for construction and industrial projects
• Technical expertise in structural and architectural materials including steel sheets, sandwich panels, purlins, and prefabricated units
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to assess resources efficiently
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a cost estimation or project management role in construction or manufacturing is an advantage
