Aufgabengebiete

  • Beantwortung und Behandlung von eingehenden Kundenanfragen (primär 2nd Level-Support)
  • Sie sind für die selbstständige Analyse verantwortlich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung
  • Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung
  • Dokumentation der Produkte
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Testsystemen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (HTL, Lehre oder ähnliches)
  • Berufserfahrung im Support von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für technische Steuerungsaufgaben im Bereich der Gebäude- und Automationstechnik
  • Technisches Verständnis im Bereich IT/Netzwerk
  • Interesse an der Kommunikationstechnik in Gebäuden (IoT, Heimautomation, ...)
  • EDV-Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardware/Software und Server/Client
  • Interesse zur Kombination von Elektrotechnik und EDV/IT sowie Begeisterung für die technische Infrastruktur von Gebäuden
  • Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten, Teamgeist sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
