Your tasks

  • Contribute to the management and negotiation of contract manufacturing agreements for Lactulose — including lifecycle updates and commercial topics such as price adjustments.
  • Oversee commercial aspects of assigned customer accounts, including P&L and monthly sales coordination within a matrix organization
  • Identify solutions for customer product requirements, balancing technical, regulatory, and quality aspects within Fresenius Kabi's processes
  • Organizing regular business review meetings with support of the plant management, typically reviewing supply performance, quality metrics and potential lifecycle activities
  • Support annual budget planning and quarterly reviews by providing financial KPI outlooks and key business updates for assigned accounts
  • Participating in CDMO conferences to represent Fresenius Kabi's Contract Manufacturing organization and meeting with existing customers

Our expectations

  • You hold a degree in Natural Sciences, ideally complemented by postgraduate studies in science and International Management
  • Initial experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, ideally with exposure to both commercial and technical topics, and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
  • You have demonstrated the ability to handle complex negotiations, balancing multiple interests and navigating potential conflicts to reach successful outcomes
  • First experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with basic understanding of regulatory and operational challenges in product development and manufacturing
  • You possess project management skills and excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in German and English is required; other languages are a plus (international traveling)
  • Personally, you see yourself as a hands-on executive ready for the next challenge, where you can drive a triple-digit million EURO pharmaceutical business on a global scale
