Job Description

SUPER AUFGABEN

• Du leitest den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer AI-Strategie (von der Identifikation geeigneter Use Cases bis zur Umsetzung produktiver Lösungen)

• Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Architektur und Integration von AI-Systemen und LLM-basierten Lösungen (z. B. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot-Frameworks).

• Du entwickelst und orchestrierst AI Agents in der Microsoft-Welt (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, Power Platform, Graph API) – mit Fokus auf Sicherheit, Effizienz und Nutzermehrwert

• Du entwickelst AI-Integrationsarchitekturen für interne Systeme (z. B. Dynamics 365, SharePoint, interne Wissensdatenbanken, APIs)

• Du bist im Tagesgeschäft rund um Daten mit verankert und suchst aktiv nach Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten

• Du baust Prototypen und produktive LLM-Anwendungen, z. B. Chatbots, Wissens-Agents, Automatisierungen oder semantische Suchsysteme

• Du evaluierst neue AI-Technologien, Frameworks und Modelle, testest Open-Source- und Cloud-Lösungen (Hugging Face, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)

• Du arbeitest eng mit IT, Data Engineering, Dynamics Team, Product Ownern, etc., um AI-Projekte von der Vision bis zum Go-Live umzusetzen

• Du unterstützt beim Aufbau einer AI-Governance- und Sicherheitsarchitektur (Prompt Security, Responsible AI, Datenhaltung)

SUPER VORAUSSETZUNGEN

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik,
Software Engineering, Data Science oder verwandten Bereichen

• Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Machine Learning, Large
Language Models oder AI-Systemarchitektur mit und hast Expertise im
Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Agents

• Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft AI-Technologien (z. B. Azure OpenAI und AI Search, Copilot Studio, Cognitive Services, Power Automate)

• Du kennst dich aus mit LLM-Orchestrierung und Agent-Frameworks (z. B. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, OpenAI Function Calling)

• Du verstehst Systemarchitekturen, APIs und Datenflüsse und kannst AI-Komponenten sauber in bestehende IT-Landschaften integrieren

• Du bist sicher in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, C#, TypeScript) und hast Erfahrung mit API-Integration, Prompt Engineering und Vektordatenbanken (z. B. Pinecone, Redis, Azure Vector Search)

• Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
