Group Treasury Markets is the department within Erste Group Bank AG that houses the trading desks responsible for Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, and Money Market Trading, along with treasury clients servicing desks.

This covers a wide range of products and is an exciting place to be if you are interested in financial markets.

Join our agile, cross-functional team working on the implementation and improvement of two key systems:

  • An electronic trading system for digital execution of trading processes
  • A liquidity management system to monitor, control, and optimize financial flows
Your Tasks
  • Learn about treasury markets, electronic trading operations and liquidity management.
  • You will actively support the Product Owner in shaping the product vision, maintaining the backlog, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • You will contribute to analysis, planning, participate in testing, and help continuously improve our workflows and solutions.
Your Background
  • Ongoing studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science with a business focus, or a related field
  • Interest in financial systems, digital trading processes, and agile product development
  • Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
  • Appreciative communication as well as fluency in English and German
