What's the opportunity

The
MMV Growth Program
is a 3-month, high-intensity journey designed to immerse you in the world of technology-driven growth, market dynamics, and commercial execution.

You will learn directly from senior executives who have built, scaled, and sold across the global telecom and tech ecosystem. Expect steep learning curves, constant feedback, and exposure to real client and partner interactions from day one.

You'll join two other selected talents as part of the first MMV batch, experiencing the full MMV engine in action — from strategy to execution — and shaping your future within our fast-evolving organization.

Your journey

Over three months, you will:

• Experiment with AI
  – use modern tools to research, analyze, and enhance our workflows

You:

  master's or MBA degree
  (or equivalent) with a track record of excellence
• Communicate fluently in

  (very very good required; other languages are a plus)

  and commercially minded

• Thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
• Are pragmatic, self-motivated, and accountable for outcomes
• Are based or ready to relocate to
