Your mission

As a Product Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the build-up of the Product Control function within the Assets & Trading team. You will contribute to daily P&L and KPI processes, help strengthen controls and reporting, and provide transparency on performance. This role is hands-on, with strong exposure to Trading, Accounting, Risk, ALM, Infrastructure, Data, BI, and Engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Produce and reconcile daily P&L and KPIs, including variance analysis and performance insights.
• Analyse and explain key P&L drivers (hedging, inventory, FX) to support transparency and decision-making.
• Contribute to Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) reporting, ensuring visibility on execution quality and spreads.
• Embed P&L and KPI considerations into the product lifecycle, strengthening controls and reporting from day one.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Trading, Risk, Finance, Data, and Engineering to validate positions, resolve breaks, and deliver dashboards on profitability, risk, and TCA metrics.

Who you are

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in product control, financial operations, or middle-office roles within banking, trading, or fintech.
• Solid understanding of P&L, trading products, and financial instruments (digital assets/crypto experience is a strong advantage).
• Proficiency with data tools (Excel/SQL; Python or similar is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a practical, hands-on approach with willingness to grow into greater ownership and accountability.
