Essential Experience

The applying professional must have:

  • Extensive knowledge within SAP HCM on Prem (PA, OM, TM, PY, ESS/MSS etc)
  • HR Business Process Knowledge
  • English Language (B2 Min)

Optional Experience

While not essential, some 'cherry on top' experience:

  • German, Spanish, Portuguese or Dutch Language
  • Knowledge in SuccessFactors
  • Project Management Exp
  • International Experience

Role

My client, an end customer based in Linz Austria are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant from the SAP HCM/HR and assist in the ongoing implementation of S/4 HANA and the introduction of SuccessFactors.

This company are currently still using SAP HCM for various parts of their group while the introduction of SuccessFactors is ongoing and your role will be to assist in the continued support of SAP HCM for different parts of the group. As the Senior Consultant, you will speak with various stakeholders/Heads of Departments, gather the technical requirements and translate them with the IT Team. You will also have the possibility to learn and gain knowledge within SuccessFactors.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • You will also support the HR-IT Management in various HR-IT specialist topics, including integration topics and interfaces to surrounding systems
  • In collaboration with the IT department, you will develop functional and technical concepts, IT architecture models and solution proposals for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors as part of technical implementations and specialist projects.
  • You translate the technical specifications between IT and the decision makers within HR in accordance with the framework of HR specialist requirements, process analyses and further developments.
  • You will advise, analyze any issues/problems and make suggestions for solutions within the framework of 2nd level support for the group-wide HR applications SAP HCM (OM, PA, PY), SuccessFactors
  • Functional tasks as well as be a mentor to the team
  • The configuration and further development of SAP HCM system including the interfaces to SAP HCM
