In the Digital Solutions division, we develop and support innovative digital products and services that set global standards – throughout their entire life cycle. As a Digital Product Owner, you will assume full responsibility for the success of your products – from the initial vision and market launch to ongoing development and optimization. There is also the opportunity to take on the technical management of an international team.

TASKS
  • Product strategy & roadmap: Define the vision and plan the roadmap together with product management to achieve maximum business value
  • Backlog & requirements: Translate customer requirements into clear user stories and proactively manage the backlog
  • Market launch: Accompany the entire product cycle—from idea to rollout—including sales documentation and training concepts
  • Interface Management: Coordinate agile development teams and plant engineering departments internationally
  • Project Management & Reporting: Monitor milestones and budgets and report regularly to management (approx. 20% of the role)
  • Development prospects towards technical management of an international team (ca. 8 people)
PROFILE
  • Completed higher technical education (preferably FH, HTL in automation technology or information technology) or equivalent professional experience
  • Several years of experience in a similar role (e.g., development, project management, agile methods)
  • Know-how and practical experience with agile working methods and tools such as DevOps
  • Personality: Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality
  • Experience with matrix organizations in a corporate environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Good German and English skills for international coordination

We offer an attractive and market-compliant salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement (Information and Consulting) based on full-time employment is EUR 60,601.
