- Support in handling of non-disclosure agreements (NDA)
- Support in handling of software license contracts (HKLA)
- Support in handling of end user certificates (EUC)
- Determination of company owner structure for Chinese customers in co-operation with Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKO) offices in Bejing, Shanghai and Chengdu.
- The role requires familiarity with EU export control regulations, including the contractual implementation of the 'no re-export to Russia clause' as per Article 12g of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014.
- Software license key generation (basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows necessary)
Customer implementation in web portal (basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows necessary)
Active studies in law or a similar field.
- Fluent in English both oral and written. Fluency in German also desirable.
- Internship duration 6 months part-time
