We are experiencing strong growth and are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer who will shape our platform technically and actively contribute to its development.

Your tasks:

• Development and further development of our platform with a focus on React & TypeScript.
• Design of a scalable software architecture.
• Efficiency gains through the use of AI tools in programming.
• Management and coordination of small development teams.
• Code Reviews and Mentoring to Promote Code Quality.
• IMPORTANT RULES: - Maintain the original formatting and structure. - Translate technical terms correctly (e.g., "Frontend", "Backend", "DevOps", "Scrum Master"). - Use industry-standard terminology for HR and tech. - Maintain the tone (formal/informal, informal 'you' vs. formal 'you'). - Translate only the text, do not add explanations. - Preserve the bullet-point structure. - Technical terms that are used internationally may remain untranslated. - Ensure correct grammar and natural flow. Text to translate: Coordinate requirements for new features or bug fixes directly with the founder, formulate them precisely into tasks, and implement them autonomously.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Google Cloud Platform (Firebase).
• IMPORTANT RULES: - Keep the original formatting and structure - Translate technical terms correctly (e.g., "Frontend", "Backend", "DevOps", "Scrum Master") - Use industry-standard terminology for HR and Tech - Maintain the tone (formal/informal, you) - Translate only the text, do not add explanations - Keep the structure in lists - Technical terms that are internationally used may remain untranslated - Pay attention to correct grammar and natural flow Text to translate: You work with meticulous attention to detail, take responsibility for clean, long-lasting code, and clearly prioritize quality over fast results.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work calmly and with focus under time pressure.
• Very good command of English.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing stable and scalable software architectures.
• Experience with data protection and security best practices.

Salary:

• Your starting salary depends on your qualifications and experience and starts at EUR 62,790 gross per year (full-time).
• In addition to the fixed salary, there is a chance of a lucrative revenue share.
