Your Role

• Lead & Inspire:
  Manage two technical teams, foster collaboration, and support individual growth.
• Drive Strategy:
  Prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and maintain focus across multiple projects.
• Collaborate:
  Work closely with Service Managers and Solution Architects to enhance technical services.
• Promote Agility:
  Champion agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) within your teams.
• Resource Management:
  Plan capacity and ensure efficient team structures.

Your Profile

• Proven
  leadership experience
  managing technical teams - leadership mindset is key.
• Technical understanding
  of software development, system integration, and APIs - no coding required, but you understand software development and integration services, and how electronic data interchange works
• Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a collaborative leadership style.
• A true
  people-first approach
  and ability to act as a sparring partner for both your team and management.
