Unser Kunde ist ein renommiertes Zahlungsdienstleistungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Wien. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir dich als engagierte*n Project Manager Office (w/m/d), der/die als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektmanagement, internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern agiert. In dieser vielseitigen Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für die organisatorische und administrative Steuerung von Projekten sowie die effiziente Koordination des Office-Bereichs. Du behältst den Überblick über Abläufe, unterstützt das Management bei strategischen und operativen Aufgaben und trägst aktiv zum Projekterfolg bei.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du organisierst Termine, Workshops und Besprechungen (intern und extern) und kümmerst dich um die entsprechende technische Ausstattung.
  • Du unterstützt den Bereich umfassend bei kaufmännischen, administrativen und organisatorischen Themen – insbesondere bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Ablage von Projektdokumentationen.
  • Du bereitest Meetings vor und nach, führst eigenständig Protokolle und übernimmst gelegentlich auch die Moderation.
  • Du kommunizierst mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen, um Termine und Ressourcen abzustimmen.
  • Du unterstützt das PMO-Team und die Projektleiter:innen bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben und erstellst Präsentationen sowie Dokumentationen auf fachlich hohem Niveau.
  • Du pflegst und aktualisierst Projektmanagement-Dokumentationen und arbeitest aktiv in Projekten mit.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im administrativen Bereich oder im Projektmanagement-Umfeld.
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); idealerweise hast du auch Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, ein professionelles Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Eigenständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein in deinem Arbeitsalltag.
