We're partnering with one of the most advanced AI companies in the world to hire a
Chief Technology Officer
- to build and lead the technical organization in a new market. This role blends engineering leadership, customer-facing technical expertise, and the ability to scale a high-performance team from the ground up.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Technical Leadership & Architecture:
    Lead the technical side of early customer engagements, participate in scoping discussions, deliver product demos, and guide architecture and security reviews.
  • Hands-On Engineering:
    Write production code, own integrations, and set a high bar for engineering quality. Establish development standards and ensure technical excellence as the team grows.
  • Team Building & Management:
    Recruit, develop, and manage a top-tier technical team spanning engineering, integrations, and pre-sales. Create a culture of ownership, speed, and reliability.
  • Customer Integrations & Delivery:
    Oversee the full lifecycle of customer integrations, from initial requirements to deployment of AI agents. Ensure production stability, accuracy, and rapid iteration.
  • Product Localization & Advocacy:
    Translate customer feedback into actionable insights. Adapt the product to local requirements and advocate for regional needs with the global Product organization.
  • Technical Representation & Partnerships:
    Act as the lead technical contact in the region, building trusted relationships with customers and partners. Manage escalations and ensure smooth delivery across all touchpoints.

YOUR STORY

  • 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Proven track record in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical implementation
  • Customer-facing experience in roles such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer
  • Leadership experience at Director, VP, or Founder level
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to operate independently, build from zero, and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
