Solvra.AI is an Austrian deep-tech startup developing an 
AI-driven optimisation system for industrial CO₂ capture
, focused on significantly reducing energy consumption and operating costs in cement and heavy-industry plants.

We are currently preparing our 
pre-seed / seed fundraising round
 and are looking for an experienced 
Fundraising Manager / Head of Fundraising
 to lead investor outreach and capital raising activities.

Responsibilities

-Lead and execute fundraising activities (pre-seed / seed)

-Identify, approach, and manage relationships with VCs, angels, and strategic investors

-Support pitch refinement, investor materials, and negotiation process

-Coordinate fundraising strategy with the founder team

Profile

-Proven experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or business development

-Strong investor network (EU preferred)

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented

Compensation

-Success-based commission on funds raised

-Equity participation / carried interest
 aligned with fundraising performance
