Als Mitglied unseres 13-köpfigen Support-Teams sorgst du für den reibungslosen Betrieb von hochautomatisierten Lägern weltweit. Dazu lernst du bei uns gleich von Anfang an eine neue Software kennen: SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). 

  • Mit dieser ersten Aufgabe lassen wir dich natürlich nicht allein: Bei uns erhältst du ein strukturiertes Onboarding und eine:n Mentor:in zur Seite gestellt, der/die dich fachlich unterstützt und dir hilft dich in deinem Team zurecht zu finden.
  • Nach deiner Einschulungsphase ist es dein oberstes Ziel den Betrieb der Läger unserer namhaften Kunden sicherzustellen und im Fall von Störungen wiederherzustellen. 
  • Bei der Übernahme von Neukunden in unseren Support unterstützt du unsere Projektteams, welche die Kundenlösung entwickelt haben, bereits in der Hochlaufphase mit Tests und lernst damit die Prozesse vor Ort im Lager kennen. So bist du für deine zukünftige Support-Aufgabe stets bestens ausgebildet.
  • Außerdem erstellst du Dokumentationen der IT- und Logistik-Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass diese immer aktuell sind.
  • Deine Lösungen sorgen dafür, dass die Regale unserer Kunden stets gefüllt sind und Bestellungen aus Online-Shops pünktlich zugestellt werden können.

  • Du hast eine IT-Grundausbildung (HTL, HAK, IT-LAP, Studium) und ein gutes allgemeines IT-Verständnis.
  • Du arbeitest gerne so selbstständig wie möglich, scheust dich aber auch nicht davor, deine Kolleg:innen aktiv um Hilfe zu bitten, wenn du sie brauchst.
  • Du hast ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und kannst deine Lösungen vor Kunden überzeugend vertreten.
  • Du zeigst Eigeninitiative bei der Analyse auftretender Störungen und handelst aktiv im Interesse des Kunden.
  • Du lernst gerne Neues und interessierst dich für neue Technologien.
  • Du hast keine Angst davor dich mit uns und unserer internationalen Kunden auf Englisch und Deutsch zu unterhalten (Sprachniveau mind. B2).
  • Du bist gerne unterwegs und bringst daher eine Reisebereitschaft von 50% im ersten Jahr mit (danach 25%).

Bei uns hängt dein Gehalt von deiner beruflichen Vorerfahrung, deinem Können und deinem Engagement ab. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt liegt bei 3.175,- (IT KV/ST1) brutto pro Monat.
